About these terms
These terms apply to all bookings, services and work carried out by Bavenhill cottage, Bromsberrow heath, Ledbury, HR81PB . By submitting a booking — online or by phone — you agree to these terms. If you have any questions before booking, get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Bookings and confirmations
Submitting a booking request online does not guarantee an appointment. We will contact you — usually by phone or email the same day — to confirm a date and time. Your booking is only confirmed once you have received that confirmation from us.
If we are unable to carry out the work on the agreed date, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange.
Quotes and pricing
Any quote we give — whether online, by phone, or in person — is based on the information available at the time. The final price may change if:
- The work required turns out to be more extensive than initially apparent
- Additional parts or labour are needed once the vehicle is inspected
- Parts prices change between quote and order
We will always contact you before carrying out any work beyond the agreed scope and will not proceed without your approval.
Parts
Where parts need to be ordered, we will provide you with the cost before ordering. You will receive a link by email to approve or decline. We will not order parts without your explicit approval.
If you approve a parts order and subsequently cancel the work, you may be charged for any non-returnable parts already ordered on your behalf.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Invoices can be sent by email on request.
We reserve the right to retain a vehicle until outstanding amounts are paid in full.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge to cover time already allocated and any preparatory work carried out.
Liability
We take every care with your vehicle while it is in our possession. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or conditions not related to the work we agreed to do.
We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available on request.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly in the first instance — by phone on 01531 248447 or by email at ledburym50autos@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
